Radical Learners was one of the most rewarding projects I've had the opportunity to help build. From its early development through launch and continued growth, I played a key role in transforming the vision into a polished digital learning platform. I led video production and creative direction across dozens of courses, managing everything from pre-production planning, scripting, storyboarding, and production logistics to editing, motion graphics, and final delivery. Beyond content creation, I worked closely with leadership to develop marketing campaigns that introduced the platform to educators around the world and established a consistent visual identity across video, social media, podcasts, and email.

My role extended well beyond production. I collaborated across marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop launch strategies, optimize user engagement, and create scalable content systems that supported long-term growth. By combining thoughtful storytelling with data-informed decision making, I helped build campaigns that significantly increased awareness and course enrollment while creating a cohesive learning experience for educators. The project strengthened my ability to lead complex creative initiatives, manage cross-functional collaboration, and use multimedia storytelling to support both organizational goals and meaningful learning outcomes.
